I was reading about the Queensland, Australia 'dream job' that has been in the news when I came across this little story:

Heavy rains have caused Eastern tarantulas, also knows as 'bird-eating spiders,' 'whistling spiders,' and 'barking spiders,' to leave their normal, more secluded environs and appear in the Queensland town of Bowen in substantial numbers.

Cool.

Honesty requires me to admit than when I say "Cool," I really mean "Cool, as long as they are on a different continent, separated from me by a vast ocean."
